Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment, including for reasons of product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Condition: Items must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging, certificates, and accessories intact to be eligible for return.
• Final Sale Items: Opened collectibles, digital goods, personalized items, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Process: Returns require a pre-issued RMA number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (cards) or 3-5 days (PayPal) after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
