Our returns and exchanges policy is designed with the same precision and care we apply to curating our 1/6 scale figures, anime statues, and exclusive collectibles. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction, from unboxing to display.
Our Policy Overview
We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unopened condition, with all packaging, certificates of authenticity, and accessories intact—preserved as the meticulous collector would expect.
This policy reflects our commitment to our global community of adult collectors across the Americas, Europe, Australia, and beyond, ensuring a premium and trustworthy experience.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, contact our specialist support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Please include photos if there’s an issue with the item’s condition.
2 Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return to our Oakland warehouse:

3 Package Your Item Securely
Please repackage the item using its original packaging materials, including any protective casing (e.g., Funko Protectors), boxes, and documentation. For high-value items like scale figures or anime statues, we recommend double-boxing and ample cushioning.
4 Ship Your Return
Ship the package using a trackable and insured service (we recommend DHL or FedEx for speed and security). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
5 Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect the item with the same discerning eye used for authenticating new acquisitions. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after inspection.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees (e.g., the $12.95 expedited shipping) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost of the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
To preserve the integrity and value of specialized collectibles, the following categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened or Unsealed Collectibles: Any item where the original packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with. This is critical for maintaining authenticity and value, especially for: 1/6 Scale Figures 1/8 Scale Figures Anime Figures Action Figures Funko Pops!*
*Funko Pops! may only be returned if the exterior box is sealed and undamaged.
- Digital Goods & Downloadable Content: Any Games or digital codes where the seal has been broken.
- Personalized or Custom Items: Any Costume & Cosplay items that have been altered or custom-made.
- Clearance or Special Sale Items: As marked on the product page at time of purchase.
Note on Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.
Exchange Requests
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, you will receive a refund for the difference via your original payment method.
